TALLAHASSEE, Florida - On a course that was soaked and taking on more water as the rain was steady, Hillary Kandie and the rest of the Raiders showed no concern. Yassin Raffay (26:51.2) was the runner-up and Amari Douglas (30:18.9) improved on his best time by 5 minutes and finished in the top 10 by placing 8th.
The three Raider ladies ran their fastest times of the year. Jaina Hawkins was sixth (20:56.4). Fancy Cheruyot (21:03.9) improved and finished 2nd on the team and 10th overall. Sara Kopack placed 11th (21:10.7).
