BRASELTON, Georgia - As most golfers know, the game can be extremely frustrating. Over 18 holes, a few can be good, most are ok and a few can be bad. Just how bad and how one recovers, usually determines the overall round. The Raiders had a few bad shots and sometimes they recovered and a few times they didn't.
SSC carded a 304 (+20) and once again Daytona State put more distance between first and second. The Falcons penciled in a 296 (+12) and now have a 16 stroke lead heading into Thursday's Championship round.
The good news for the Raiders, if there can be good news, is that their lead over third placed Tyler JC is 58 strokes. Coach Teno remains optimistic, "Anything is possible."
Three Raiders, lead by Roanne Tomlinson, remain in the top 10 individually:
Tee time for Thursday begins at 1:00 p.m. http://results.golfstat.com/public/leaderboards/gsnav.cfm?pg=pairings&tid=13291&rid=4
