SANFORD, Florida - Seminole State Golf will host five teams from outside the state of Florida, eight other teams total. While it is spring break for SSC, the team will be working hard to bring home their fourth win of the year and to repeat at its home tournament, the Spring Break Event.

Monday is a practice day for the teams. The Raiders will be one of the first teams off on hole #1 at 9 a.m. on Tuesday. Wednesday teams will have a shotgun start at 8:00 a.m. With the lack of rain, the course will be hard and fast. This could be challening for all the visitors and home team alike. Rain is in the forecast for Wednesday and could add to the final round drama.

The team is playing well and has been putting in hard work during practice rounds. Each individual Raider knows that the end of the season is approaching. There are question marks on who will be representing Seminole State at nationals. It may mean added pressure for some, but now is the time to see who can handle it.

After the home tournament, SSC will next travel up I-4 to Deland and play in the Bab Stevens Invitational, hosted by Stetson University, March 23-26.
