RaidersTV Streaming Schedule Announced

SANFORD, Florida - Seminole State Athletics today announced 23 events that will be streamed via There is a $5 fee for each event and there will be season package available for $25. 

The streaming efforts will be spearheaded by the College's CTS Department along with two Seminole State Students from the TV and Broadcast Program. Those two students are Diana Gaitan and Kal Lanier, they will be assisted by other students of the program.

The streamed events are noted on the baseball and softball schedule pages (links at top of article) and begin on Friday, January 25th with the baseball game vs. Northwest Florida State at "The Jack".

The plan is for 12 home baseball dates with one doubleheader and 5 home softball dates, all are doubleheaders.

Director of Athletics, Kurt Esser stated, "This is a great opportunity to showcase the College and our Student-Athletes. It is also wonderful, hands-on experience for the Diana, Kal and the other students."

  • The 2018 Softball team finished 52-15 and has won 105 games over the last two years
  • Coach Courtney Miller won her 1,000 game during the 2018 season
  • Seminole State is hosting the NJCAA Region 8 Softball Tournament, May 2-5, 2019
  • Seminole State Golf has finished in the top 3 in the Nation for the last 6 years including 2nd in 2018
  • The 2018 Baseball team finished 24-26 including a 17-12 record at home

About the Seminole State Raiders:  The Raider Athletics Department of Seminole State College was established in 1965 and initially led by Athletic Director and Head Basketball Coach Joe Sterling. Seminole State now sponsors five sports all competing in the NJCAA Division I.
