SANFORD, Florida - Major Displays ( has completed installation of two new scoreboards on the Seminole State College Sanford/Lake Mary Campus. The new scoreboards are just one part of a flurry of activity for the Raider Athletics Department this summer.

The new scoreboards will enhance the fan experience and also give community businesses the opportunity to sponsor the Raiders.

New protective netting will be installed in front of the Raider Softball dugouts along with a shade structure for the bleachers and Crimson Stone to enhance infield drainage.

At "The Jack" (aka Jack Pantelias), brand new $200,000 dugouts will be built. Demolition of the old ones will begin the week of July 3rd. New shade elements and Crimson Stone will also be added.
