SANFORD, Florida - Moving from NCAA Division I athletics, including time with College Rightsholder giant, Learfield Communications, Kurt Esser is well aware of how to build sponsorship and donor packages. The challege for Esser has been how to best fit ideas within the NJCAA landscape. Today, Esser released that information, the bulk of which is included in the linked document.
Over the last eight months, Esser has formed the Building Raiders Fund (in conjunction with the Seminole State College Foundation) and populated a board of directors for that fund. The members of the board are as follows:
- John Atwood, Momentum Mktg Solutions
- Katie Bowman, CFE
- Kay Delk, NBC Securities
- Justin Frost, Former Baseball Student-Athlete
- Greg Long, Seminole State College
- Frank Martz, City of Altamonte Springs
- Crystal Pittard, Former Softball Student-Athlete
- Larry Poleyeff, Ohio National Financial Services
- Ashley Sprague, Former Softball Student-Athlete
"I believe we have a nice mix of community and business leaders, as well as former Student-Athletes who have sweat for the Raiders," Esser commented. "These people all love Seminole State College and Raider Athletics. It is great to have them and their guidance."
The goal of these efforts is to help offset growing costs in a financially prudent manor. Interested individuals or businesses may contact Esser directly to further discuss opportunities.
